Terms & Conditions

By booking or receiving any service from Jasmin’s Eternal Elegance, including IV drip therapy, microneedling, or PRP treatments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Medical Disclaimer

  • All services provided are for wellness and cosmetic purposes only.

  • Services do not replace or substitute medical advice from your physician.

  • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications before treatment.

  • The Provider reserves the right to decline treatment based on medical assessment or safety concerns.

2. Eligibility

  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals must consult with their physician and provide medical clearance.

  • A valid photo ID may be required at the time of appointment.

3. Mobile/Travel Services

  • Services are provided at a location agreed upon by the Provider and Client.

  • The environment must be clean, safe, and private for treatment.

  • The Provider reserves the right to cancel or refuse treatment if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: BPAY, EFTPOS, BANK TRANSFER

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings will honour the quoted rate.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

  • No refunds will be given for services rendered.

  • If the Provider cancels the appointment, any pre-paid fees will be refunded in full.

6. Consent and Liability Waiver

  • Clients must sign an informed consent and waiver form before treatment.

  • Clients acknowledge that results vary and that no guarantees are made.

  • The Provider is not liable for complications, side effects, or reactions arising from treatments, provided that they were delivered by standard protocols.

  • Emergency care is not provided. In the event of a serious reaction, clients should call 000 or seek immediate medical attention.

7. Post-Treatment Care

  • Clients must follow all post-care instructions provided.

  • The Provider is not responsible for any complications resulting from the client’s failure to follow aftercare guidance.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • All personal and medical information is kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

  • Client information will never be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • The Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, aggression, incomplete medical disclosure, or unsafe treatment environment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state/province of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
